
Dr Joe Oliver is the founder and principal cosmetic dentist at The Welbeck Clinic. Having qualified from Kings College Hospital School of Medicine and Dentistry, London in 1987, he began his dental career with an interest in facial surgery, working in the surgical departments of various London teaching hospitals. It was whilst dealing with victims of facial trauma, mainly from road traffic accidents, that his interest in cosmetic dentistry developed. He saw that many patients having undergone complicated facial reconstruction often considered oral rehabilitation an important step in their recovery process.
Dr Oliver has worked for 15 years in cosmetic dentistry, starting in an established cosmetic dental group where he became Clinical Director, teaching other dentists the latest techniques and the art of cosmetic dentistry.
He established The Welbeck Clinic where he continues to create beautiful smiles for hundreds of people each year from all over the UK and abroad. These clients are everyday people as well as leading models and celebrities.
Dr Oliver is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and also an examiner for the accreditation of cosmetic dentists on the board of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. These internationally recognised bodies are dedicated to the advancement of cosmetic dentistry and encourage high standards to be obtained ethically and responsibly by its members.
Dr Oliver is also the co founder and Director of Education of Cosmetic Dental Seminars, the UK study body dedicated to providing state of the art courses, lectures and workshops in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Oliver’s treatments have been widely featured on television, including on GM-TV, This Morning and Channel 4’s Ten Years Younger. Numerous articles have also been written in the national press praising Dr Oliver’s work including The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail, The London Evening Standard, as well as articles in the glossy magazines Marie Claire, Vogue, Brides, Fhm, Men’s Health, Closer, OK to name just a few.

Dr Gillian Martin qualified at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1995. She has continued her education in the specialist area of cosmetic dentistry by regularly attending courses and workshops in America. She has also gained numerous post grad qualifications on the subject. A member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Dr Martin now focuses solely on cosmetic dentistry. Her work has featured in The Times, The Sun, and Company magazine alone this year.

Dr. Russell Craddock qualified from Bristol University in 1986. He was the first dentist to bring cosmetic dentistry to the UK in the form that we know it today. He pioneered the whole concept of cosmetic dentistry in the British Isles where he opened the first practice solely dedicated to aesthetic dentistry in 1989.
This pioneering approach lead him to be renowned in the media and the dental world to be the leader in this field. With over 20,000 veneers fitted, he has a wealth of experience and a perfect eye for anything related to dental cosmetics. He has appeared in numerous articles over the years and has had many television appearances. Celebrities have travelled from all over the world for his expertise.
He was the first British member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in 1990 and the only teacher of cosmetic dentistry of cosmetic dentistry in the UK for many years. He has taught most of the other leading cosmetic dentists their skills and remains still in very high regard.

Dr Andy Hawkesford is qualified in both medicine and dentistry, and is recognised by the General Dental Council as a specialist in Oral Surgery. He is also very experienced in restorative and implant dentistry. Since qualifying, he has worked for many years in both private and NHS general and specialist practice. Dr Hawkesford is a member of the BDA, the Association of Dental Implantology, an associate member of the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the Eastman Academy

Since qualifying as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist from The Royal London Hospital Dental School in 1989 I have gained a wealth of experience in patient care, dental education and research.
I have held various posts at The London Hospital including Staff Hygienist/Therapist, Tutor and research assistant, which produced published work. Following the award of a first class honours degree in Education, I became a tutor and course developer for dental and allied disciplines. I have been employed as an Oral Heath Promotion Officer for East London and the City, and I am currently on the board of examiners for the National Certificate and Oral Health Education Certificate with the National Examining Board. During my professional career I have been involved with the media and Oral Health Education including writing for a monthly advice column in a men's health magazine and being interviewed on local radio.
My philosophy is to provide the highest possible care by tailoring my treatment to the client's individual needs, so as to deliver a relaxing, pain-free experience, with positive oral heath outcomes.
